the location was perfect for exploring, and we appreciated how clean everything was. the bathrooms were always spotless. A minor issue with the room access codes could be improved, but overall, we'd recommend it!

the check in was early, the staff was attentive. had marvellous location close to the cathedral, a 4-6 minute walk from sundhollin public baths. plus, it was short walk to the city centre and bus stops and a shopping area, the hallgrimskirche and the harpa.

we stayed at floki by guesthouse, a lovely spot with clean, spacious rooms. we enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk to major attractions and bus stops for tours. the coffee machine, kettle, and cookies upstairs were a nice touch. two bathrooms per floor meant no waiting, and the hosts were accommodating, even keeping our luggage for us. overall, a comfortable stay with responsive staff. Cons: didn't find anything to dislike about the property! 😀.

The room was small but clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were two bathrooms on each floor. They provided tea, coffee, chocolate, and cookies. Breakfast is at a nearby guesthouse, just like wandering into a friend's kitchen - warm, inviting, and full of delightful surprises.

Had a wonderful city break at this cozy guesthouse just a stone's throw from the city center. the rooms were spacious and comfy, with convenient amenities like a sink in the room and two clean shared bathrooms on each floor. the location was perfect, with shops and restaurants a short 5-minute walk away and easy access to bus stops for tours around town.
The electronic entry system was a bit finicky, and some rooms lacked proper insulation against street noise. Despite the modern shared bathrooms being convenient, a designated spot for damp boots would have been helpful during the snowy weather.
